Insert the charged battery without AC power and hold down the power button until some activity happens. I have a 2021 XPS 15 and every time I wake it up from sleep the backlight of the keyboard will turn on as well as the windows hello lights. Connect the power cord.
Usually it wakes up then goes to sleep again.
